Talent Releases — to record consent for the use of footage in which an individual appears, and to provide that record to the client commissioning the work.
Client details — to deliver our services, manage projects, and communicate with you.
Website analytics — to understand site performance and improve the user experience.

How we use and store it
Personal information is stored securely in Google Drive and in a secure third-party document management platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Talent Release information is shared with the client named on the relevant release, as that client has a legitimate need to hold a copy of the consent for content they have commissioned.

How long we keep it
We retain Talent Releases for as long as the content they relate to remains in use. In practice, this means we hold them indefinitely unless you request otherwise.

Client and project information is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the relationship and meet any legal obligations.

Your rights
You can request access to any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete information where we are not legally required to retain it.
